Room and furniture are too old. It has all the potential to be a 5-star-hotel including history, location, and architecture. Urgent renovation needed.

I loved the views from our balcony. I loved the suite, it felt like we were just at home.

The suite required some more maintenance; balcony light was broken. The room service was very slow; we ordered coffee and received it cold

great location , good bars and restaurants on site, helpful friendly staff. fairly quiet rooms, functional internet. old world charm and great views over Beirut.

pool area is really now a bar so not so great a space by day to relax, but that is ok, the trade off is that the bar is great by night for fusion Peruvian menu and drinks really not 5 star but we knew that reading a couple of reviews and seeing the photos, would be better to describe as 4 star and be met with a realistic expectation and then no one left disappointed.

In a prime location, staff are friendly and very helpful. The view from our room was amazing and very relaxing.

Wish they had a better breakfast setup and varieties

The property is an excellent location. My only criticism is the shower head pressure is very soft and there is limited hot water. Also by the pool, service ceases at 4pm as they need to set up for the outdoor club.

Stayed for 3 nights to attend a wedding and found the property very good. Nice resturants on the street... Awsome view.

Though old and needs renovation but has been maintained quite well.

Friendly staff - George at breakfast always greeted us with a warm smile and taught us a little Arabic! Good choice of restaurants in the hotel and nearby - Cinco on Wednesday evening is amazing. Lovely, clean, big pool.

Aircon pipes seem to be inside the wall above the bed in our room, so there is always a low rumble that even earplugs couldn’t block out. We had an early checking which was very well appreciated. However there were used dirty dishes in the sink and mess on surfaces when we arrived. This was swiftly dealt with once the staff were made aware.

The staff are very friendly, the location is superb, the view of the balcony is excellent, I recommend it to have the historical cultural atmosphere and nice hospitality.

The options for the breakfast are limited, maybe to add more fresh things and different sorts of desserts, while the restaurant is excellent and the staff are very good

The experience was above all expectations, from the first moment we checked in with "Kamal" you can touch the warm hospitality and it keeps high and professional with restaurant staff at "jnaineh" till checking out, the staff made our stay memroble, we enjoyed the food and our stay many of our friends visited us and we felt to entertain them at the hotel and no need to go outside Definitely will come back

The hotel is very old and not renewed from 1970 I was expecting 5 stars hotel as mentioned in the website but we see less than 3 stars hotel no safety box inside the room, the blankets very old need to be replaced the water in the shower very week

The Location was ideal for me ... close to my friends and family.

I should have been charged what was quoted in the booking.com deal but ended up paying approximately $200 more for my stay due to additional charges not mentioned in the Booking confirmed deal.

The colours in the room are very dark and the fridge wasn't working. The carpets were not clean.

The place needs to be refurbished. People are very good.

I stayed in a presidential suite , room 404 , still , internet was not working , one and only key for 4 guests , the phone is not working in fact it doesn’t call the room service , the TV doesn’t work too , no iron ...etc small things can be done and the hotel can have a rating of 8.5

The location, The hotel is located in Broumana downtown, nearby the restaurants and coffee shops. The balcony view is simply amazing.

The property is shabby and old, the tapestry and carpets were horrendous and old, the minimum requirement of fairly new and fluffy towels was not even met... the towels were not good to be placed as toilet carpets! There was no minibar in the room, no iron at the whole hotel, the room painting was old, dirty and disgusting to say the least. The value for money was nil! It’s such a pity since the location is in the heart of broumana , but it seems they are only counting on the location rather than providing comfort for the guests. The cherry on top was the internet connection that was non exsistent, although they provided a code for the access... only to inform me when I asked on the day of the check out that I needed to insert an IP address to insert the code... which even when inserted didn’t work! It’s a big disappointment, especially that the hotel is owned by a prominent figure in the hotel industry in Lebanon. Shame!

The hotel istelf it’s noce to spend time in between the 4 restaurants they have, the pool & the view. Perfect for a gateway

The location and the size of the rooms. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

The cost of making an international phone call and to buy bottled water. But these are small things. I do really recommend this hotel.
